拝読しました。あまり面白くありませんでした。
まず、「友人の幽霊が救ってくれる」・「死んでしまった知人の後を追ってしまう（もしくは死んでしまった知人にあの世に連れていかれてしまう）」という展開はやりつくされています。この記事もその例に当てはまり、新奇性・驚きを感じませんでした。一応前半と後半で印象の変転はあるのですが、どちらも幽霊ものとしてはありきたりな解釈であるため、予想の範疇でした。
以下形式面・表現面の指摘です。
この部分ですが、
このように記述するとWikidot備え付けのリスト構文が使えるので、こちらを使った方が見栄えが良くなります。
「発生件数が少なすぎること」は「完全に解明されていない」ことの原因ですね。現状では「これ以外の条件もある」ことの理由のように読み取れるので、「これ以外の条件もあると考えられますが」と「発生件数が少なすぎることから」の位置を入れ替えたほうが良いでしょう。また、「これ以外の条件もあると考えられる」ことの根拠が述べられておらず、違和感がありました。
最後の部分ですが、なぜ報告書に書くべき内容をわざわざ音声ログで表現しているのかよくわかりませんでした。担当研究員のコメント・考察といった形で、報告書内に書いた方がよいでしょう。音声ログの茶目っ気も有用に働いておらず、むしろノイズになってしまっていました。
