SCP-XXXX-JPは、██県██市の郊外の学校に教師として潜入していたエージェント・██により、2001/03/27に発見されました。
何者かがSCP-XXXX-JPに物事を書き込むと、書き込まれた内容が現実となり、元々行われる予定だった物事は消滅するという異常性を持っています。
なお、SCP-XXXX-JP-1を用いて書かれた内容は、SCP-XXXX-JP-1で改稿されない限り、他のどの内容よりも優先されます(インシデントログ-XXXX-001、実験記録-XXXX-005、XXXX-006を参照)。
SCP-XXXX-JPは、小規模の改変から大規模な改変まで行うことが出来ることが判明しています。並びに、SCP-XXXX-JPに書き込まれた文字は消せない事が判明しています(実験記録-XXXX-001~XXXX-004を参照)。

内容: SCP-XXXX-JPに｢明日は台風になる³｣と鉛筆を用いて記入。
結果: 枕崎付近で突如、914hPaという猛烈な勢力の台風が出現。翌日、強さを保ったまま台風がサイト-81に接近し、野外に居た職員1名が足の骨を折る重傷を負った。
考察: 突発的な現実改変はいとも簡単に出来てしまう。

実験記録-XXXX-002

内容: 実験記録-XXXX-001の内容を消しゴムで消す。
結果: 幾ら消しゴムで擦っても、書いた文字を消すことはできなかった。
考察: 過去に書かれた内容は変えること、消すことすら出来ない。

日付: 2001/06/11
内容: ｢██博士の母の胃癌は無かった⁴｣と鉛筆を用いて記入。
結果: ██博士の母の生命活動は停止したままだったが、死亡当初の健康状態に異常は無かったと判明された。
考察: 詳しく書けば過去の事も変えられる。

日付: 2001/07/06
内容: SCP-XXXX-JPを1ページ分ちぎり、ちぎった物(以下SCP-XXXX-JP-αと呼称。)に、｢2001/04/02の台風は無かった。｣と記入。SCP-XXXX-JPは一部分でも機能するかどうか、並びに過去にSCP-XXXX-JPに書き込まれた内容の改変は可能かどうかを実験した。
結果: 実験記録-XXXX-001の際に罹災し、療養中だった職員は、即日から勤務に復帰した。
考察: SCP-XXXX-JPは一部分でも機能し、更なる改変も可能だ。

結果:SCP-XXXX-JPは収容状態を保つことが出来ず、サイト-81の低脅威度収容ロッカー付近に落ちている状態を続けた。

考察: SCP-XXXX-JP-1がSCP-XXXX-JPにとっての重要なオブジェクトである可能性が高い。

日付: 2002/01/29

内容: SCP-XXXX-JP-1を用いて、"SCP-XXXX-JPはサイト-81の低脅威度収容ロッカーに収容されている。"と記入。

結果: SCP-XXXX-JPはサイト-81の低脅威度収容ロッカーに収容された。

考察: SCP-XXXX-JPに書かれた物のうち、SCP-XXXX-JP-1を用いて書かれた物且つ、新しいものが優先される。
