Special Containment Procedures: Currently, SCP-495-TH is being held in a standard 6x5 meter room within Area-04. The back of SCP-495-TH is being held in place by four 2.5-inch, 1 meter long, flexible steel locking cables that are secured to one wall of the room.

Any research has been discontinued. Any observation of the room will be conducted by CCTV cameras installed, and personnel are not allowed to bring sharp objects into the room.

If SCP-495-TH attempts to breach containment, personnel are to use electric shock weapons to stop it.

Description: It is unknown when SCP-495-TH entered the Foundation, but it is estimated to have been in the late ██ decade, around the same time that the serial killer "Jack the Ripper" disappeared.

SCP-495-TH is a human-sized android that does not require power to operate, with parts made of real human skin. (not artificial skin) on the head, both arms, and some front torso. Examination of the human skin found that the skin cells did not die even though there was no blood supply. It seems that some unknown circuitry is connected to the skin and becomes part of the body. In addition, the right eye of SCP-495-TH is a real eye and the left eye is a robotic artificial eye. It also has a tongue approximately 6 inches long, with the first 3 inches being a real tongue and the last 3 inches appear to be its artificial organ. SCP-495 will use its tongue to lick the victim's face before killing.

SCP-495 is highly intelligent (IQ 180), believes itself to be human, and is aware of various feelings. It expresses emotions through its skin-like face and constantly claims to be "Jack the Ripper".

Whenever SCP-495-TH is released from containment, it will find clothes to wear to blend in with humans and lure female victims aged 14-25 to rape, kill and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Most of the victims will die. And sometimes, SCP-495-TH will connect the victim's organs, such as arms and legs, to some circuitry behind it, allowing those organs to move/move and still retain the victim's memories. It is believed that SCP-495-TH connects the victim's head to itself only to understand human emotions and what the victim needs in order to plan the next deception.

[SCP-495-TH tried to struggle violently to get out of the wires holding it up, so much so that the security guards had to step in to stop it.]

Addendum: Although, SCP-495-TH claims to be Jack the Ripper, there is no evidence to suggest that SCP-495-TH was involved in the prostitute deaths in 18██ or any evidence to suggest that SCP-495-TH is the actual Jack the Ripper.
