Special Containment Procedures: When SCP-088-JP occurs, the cover story "Stillbirth" is applied and Paper-A is taken out from the target. Amnestics are applied to the subject and related parties, and related photographs are collected.
Description: SCP-088-JP is an anomalous phenomenon that occurs in pregnant women with a very low probability. The foetation of the pregnant woman ("target") from whom SCP-088-JP occurred disappears, and non anomalous paper ("paper-A") appears in the womb. In most cases, the outbreak is discovered when the subject complains of physical distress.
There are various types of paper-A such as drawing paper and postcard paper. This tends to be a type that is rooted in the cultural area in which the subject lives. In addition, Paper-A contains sentences with rough fonts and poor vocabulary. Although there are minor differences in the content, it is common that it is written that you do not want to be born as a target child.
Near the expected date of delivery, the subject will receive a family photo with the statement1 that they were born to another family member. The Married couple in the photo claims that they have no memory of sending it. In addition, there is no Blood relationship between the child and the subject.
