概要: 異常愛好会、以下AAAは20名弱の構成員(”Gégé”なる人物を除いては全員不明です)からなる小規模な団体です。異常存在に関する知識は比較的限られたものですが、異常な物品を組み合わせて作成し、自らで使用するほか財団への贈呈を行います。

Overview: The Association of the Abnormality Amateurs, abbreviated AAA in the rest of the document, is a small organization of no more than twenty members (all unknown, with the exception of a certain "Gégé"), who use their relatively limited knowledge of the anomalous to assemble and create singular artifacts for their own use or to offer these to the Foundation.

Vue d'Ensemble : L'Amicale des Amateurs de l'Anormal, abrégée AAA par la suite, est une organisation de petite taille, ne dépassant pas la vingtaine d'individus (tous inconnus, à l'exception d'un(e) certain(e) "Gégé"), mettant à profit leurs connaissances relativement restreintes de l'anormal pour assembler et créer des artéfacts singuliers pour leur propre usage ou pour les offrir à la Fondation.

These anomalous artifacts are mostly unstable, tend to explode easily, and are unreliable at best. In addition, they are composed of salvaged or poor quality materials, leading to their precarious structure and random nature. It is therefore advisable to be very careful when discovering, handling or studying these anomalous artifacts, as the multiple design flaws make them unpredictable most of the time.

Ces artéfacts anormaux sont pour la plupart du temps instables, ayant tendance à facilement exploser, et peu fiables quant à leurs effets. De plus, leur structure assez précaire, étant composés principalement de matériaux de récupération ou de mauvaise qualité, renforce leur comportement aléatoire. Il est donc conseillé de faire preuve d'une grande prudence lors de la découverte, de la manipulation ou de l'étude de ces artéfacts anormaux, les multiples défauts de conception les rendant la plupart du temps imprévisibles.

However, once these gaps are corrected (when possible), these artifacts can be surprisingly useful. Some of these are being further studied to determine whether they can be replicated in sufficient quantities to equip some departments. The complete list is available upon request from Dr. Merkeslet, the current head of the research about this Group of Interest.

The items are usually accompanied by a letter vaguely describing the effects in a pseudo-scientific language largely inspired by popular science fiction works, making their interpretation extremely hazardous. It is also often mentioned the desire of this organization to help the SCP Foundation by providing "little things that could make your life easier". The reasons behind this are currently unknown.

Ceux-ci sont la plupart du temps accompagnés d'une lettre décrivant vaguement les effets dans un langage pseudo-scientifique largement inspiré d’œuvres de science-fiction populaires, rendant leur interprétation extrêmement hasardeuse. Il est souvent aussi mentionné le désir de cette organisation d'aider la Fondation SCP en lui apportant de "petites choses qui pourraient vous faciliter la vie". Les raisons de cet acte sont actuellement inconnues.

The lack of mention from other Groups of Interest as well as their naivety about the Foundation's monopoly on the anomalous world scene seems to point to a total ignorance of other organizations in this field.

概要: 1830年、ルイ=フィリップ1世によってアルジェ陥落後の数カ月間で設立された神秘管理省アフリカ部局(BAAO)は、フランス領アフリカ植民地における異常存在の収集、管理、研究、利用を担う政府機関でした。公的には神秘管理省Ministère des Affaires Occultesおよびおよびエステート・ノワール¹の下位機関であるとされていたものの、実際のBAAOはほとんど独立して活動しており、フランスの他の神秘系部署と比べて多大な軍事的・科学的リソースを行使することができました。

Overview: Created by Louis-Philippe I in 1830 during the few months that followed the Alger Siege, the African Office of Occult Affairs (AOOA) was a governmental organisation in charge of collecting, managing, studying and exploiting the anomalous in France's African colonies. Officially dependent on the Ministry of Occult Affairs then on the Estate noir, the AOOA actually acted almost autonomously and had important military and scientific resources at their disposal compared to other branches of the French occult administration.

Vue d’Ensemble : Créé par Louis-Philippe I^er en 1830 dans les premiers mois suivant le siège d’Alger, le Bureau Africain des Affaires Occultes (BAAO) était une organisation gouvernementale chargée de la collecte, de la gestion, de l’étude et de l’exploitation de l’anormal dans les colonies africaines de la France. Dépendant officiellement du Ministère des Affaires Occultes puis des Archives Noires, le BAAO agissait de fait de manière pratiquement autonome et pouvait compter sur d’importantes ressources militaires et scientifiques comparé aux autres branches de l’administration occulte française.

BAAOの行動指針は、アフリカにおけるフランスの超常利権の絶対防衛を第一とするものでした。このため、BAAOはSCP財団を含む、同大陸に存在する他国/民間の要注意団体たちと熾烈な闘争を繰り広げました。こういった利権紛争がフランスや神秘管理省の外交関係を危険に晒したり、BAAOが本来保護すべきはずの一般市民の安全でさえ脅かすことも珍しいことではありませんでした。

The AOOA's doctrine was based on the absolute defense of the French paranormal interests in Africa. Thus it engaged in an unbridled competition against other national or private groups of interest present on the continent, including the SCP Foundation. It was not rare for those conflicts of interest to degenerate until they endangered the diplomatic relations of France and the Ministry of Occult Affairs or even the security of civilian populations the AOOA was supposed to protect through its actions.

La doctrine du BAAO se fondait sur la défense absolue des intérêts paranormaux de la France en Afrique. Celui-ci s’est ainsi engagé tout au long de son histoire dans une compétition effrénée contre les autres groupes d’intérêts nationaux ou privés présents sur le continent, y compris la Fondation SCP. Il n’est pas rare que ces conflits d’intérêts aient parfois dégénéré jusqu’à mettre en péril la crédibilité diplomatique de la France et du Ministère des Affaires Occultes, ou même la sécurité des populations civiles que le BAAO était censé défendre par ses actions.

BAAOは戦間期 (1918 - 1939) においてその最盛期を迎えました　この時期には、部局の上層部がその目的を達成するために、フランス神秘連隊や植民地憲兵隊の軍事力を過去最大の規模で用いていました。1940年の降伏後、BAAOは自由フランスの主要な異常機関として積極的に抵抗運動に加担し、同盟オカルト連合²に属して大都市の解放に携わりました。

The AOOA was at its peak during the interwar period. It was during this period that the administration of the Office made the greatest use of troops from the French Occult Regiments or the Colonial Gendastrerie to achieve its goals. As the main anomalous organization of Free France, it actively participated in the resistance after the defeat of 1940 and in the liberation of the metropolis within the Occult Allied Coalition.

Le BAAO connait son apogée pendant l’entre-guerre. C’est au cours de cette période que l’administration du Bureau a le plus recours aux troupes des Régiments Occultes Français ou de la Gendastrerie Coloniale pour parvenir à ses fins. Principale organisation anormale de la France libre, il s’investit activement dans la résistance après la défaite de 1940 et participe à la libération de la métropole au sein de la Coalition Alliée Occulte.

1962年のアルジェリア独立後、神秘管理省アフリカ部局は完全な解散を迎えました。そのリソースはエステート・ノワールに回収されたほか、SCP財団やマーシャル・カーター&ダーク株式会社といった組織へ売却されました。また、メンバーの一部は財団、傭兵集団のプリモルディアル、GOC、カオス・インサージェンシーに雇用されました。

The African Office of Occult Affairs was definitively dissolved in 1962 following Algeria gaining independence. Its resources were recovered by the Estate noir or sold to other organizations such as the SCP Foundation or Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. Some of its members were also recruited by the Foundation, the mercenary organization Primordial, the GOC, or the Chaos Insurgency.

Le Bureau Africain des Affaires Occultes est définitivement dissout en 1962 suite à l’indépendance de l’Algérie. Ses ressources sont récupérées par les Archives Noires ou bradées à d’autres organisations comme la Fondation SCP ou le groupe Marshall, Carter and Dark. Un certain nombre de ses membres sont également recrutés par la Fondation, l'organisation mercenaire Primordial, la CMO ou l’Insurrection du Chaos.

La Gendastrerie Nationale Française

概要: 国家憲兵隊の対超常部門である星警隊Gendastrerieは、フランス領内における市民の保護とアノマリーの隠蔽を担い、内務省の権限において活動する極秘武装集団です。

Overview: Paranormal counterpart of the National Gendarmerie, the Gendastrerie is a secret armed force operating under the authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in charge of protecting the population and dissimulating anomalies in the French territory.

1804年の悪名高き「星の人事件」Affaire des Gens d'Astreの中で設立された星警隊は、帝国異常学会Singular Imperial Academyの軍事科学的役割と相乗する形で抑圧的な役割を担っており、フランス国内における異常関連業務への独占体制を確立していました。帝国亡き後も生き延びた星警隊は、道理を外れた脅威からのフランスの守護に尽力する機関として、共和国内でも一目置かれるようになりました。

Formed during the infamous "Affaire des Gens d'Astre" in 1804, the Gendastrerie played a repressive role which, combined with the military-scientific role of the Singular Imperial Academy, ensured the monopoly of the French State on abnormal affairs. Surviving the end of the Empire, the Gendastrerie became a respected institution of the republic, dedicated to safeguarding France from the most unthinkable threats.

Formée lors de la tristement célèbre "Affaire des Gens d'Astre" de 1804, la Gendastrerie assumait un rôle répressif qui, couplé au rôle militaro-scientifique de la Singulière Académie Impériale, assurait le monopole de l’État français sur les affaires anormales. Survivant à la fin de l'Empire, la Gendastrerie devint une institution républicaine respectée, dédiée à la sauvegarde de la France face aux menaces les moins avouables.

ベル・エポック中の黄金期やヴィシー政権中の暗黒期を通過し、20世紀後半においての星警隊はいよいよもって大きな衰退に入っており、超常犯罪の巧妙化に付いていくことができず、フランスで活動し始めた財団等の国際組織と競合する力も持ち合わせていませんでした。

After a golden age in the Belle Epoque and a dark age under the Vichy France, the Gendastrerie entered during the second half of the XX^th century in an increasingly marked decline, unable to adapt to the evolution of paracriminality and competing with the opening of France to international organizations such as the Foundation.

Après un âge d'or à la Belle Epoque et un âge noir sous le gouvernement de Vichy, la Gendastrerie amorça durant la seconde moitié du XX^e siècle un déclin de plus en plus marqué, incapable de s'adapter aux évolutions de la paracriminalité et concurrencée par l'ouverture de la France à des organisations internationales telles que la Fondation.

In this early XXI^st century, its outdated equipment, overstretched staff, and budgetary restrictions made the Gendastrerie widely inefficient, and Gendastres are now limited to fighting against paradelinquency and possible investigative work in cases that do not comply with conventional physical laws. However, the organization maintains close collaboration with the MIVILUDES, the GEIPAN, and Estate noir, the French governmental division in charge of the conservation of esoteric artifacts.

En ce début de XXI^e siècle, son équipement dépassé, son personnel débordé et ses restrictions budgétaires rendent la Gendastrerie largement inefficace, et les Gendastres se limitent désormais à la lutte contre la paradélinquance et à un éventuel travail d'enquête lors d'affaires ne répondant pas aux lois physiques conventionnelles. Elle maintient toutefois une étroite collaboration avec la MIVILUDES, le GEIPAN et les Archives Noires, division gouvernementale chargée de la conservation des artefacts ésotériques.

星警隊とSCP財団の関係性はかつてとは大きく異なるものですが、両団体は現在では比較的良好な関係にあります。ただし、星警隊の中でも排外主義的なメンバーと協働する際には、財団エージェントは今でもよく難儀することとなります。

Although the relationship between the Gendastrerie and the SCP Foundation has been very different in the past, the two organizations are now on relatively good terms, even though Foundation officers still frequently encounter difficulties in working with the more chauvinistic members of the French law enforcement.

Bien que les rapports entre la Gendastrerie et la Fondation SCP aient énormément varié par le passé, les deux organisations sont aujourd'hui en relativement bons termes, quoique les agents de la Fondation rencontrent encore fréquemment des difficultés à collaborer avec les éléments les plus chauvins des forces de l'ordre françaises.

ヒューマニストの貴族たち

概要: 「ヒューマニストの貴族たち」、通称「貴族たち」は、18世紀の後半にジャン＝バティスト・ラバン・ド・クールヴィルおよびドルバック男爵によって創設された、ヒューマニストの団体に起源を持ちます。この組織の目的は、異常現象を利用して人間の在り様を向上させること、および"優れたる人"という理想像に到達することで、かねてより一貫しています。「貴族たち」は事実、異常現象について、人類が屈することなく順応すべき自然現象と考えており、またそのために、"ネオ-リュミエール"なる運動を組織しています。現在「ヒューマニストの貴族たち」は、西欧に存在していますが、その大多数がフランスで活動しています。

「貴族たち」はSCPオブジェクトの破壊や、きわめて危険度の低いアノマリーの収容に強く反対しているほか、異常人物の"基本的権利"のための闘争を行っています。「貴族たち」の活動は主として、人間の在り様を改善しうるアノマリーの研究や製造に集中しています。そうしたアノマリーに効果的に対処したり、その製造者を確保するために、機動部隊タウ-3 "王の連隊"が創設されています。

ただし「貴族たち」は──水面下のアノーマル・シーンでは非常に活動的だと見られているにも関わらず──国際的なアノーマル・シーンにおいては非常に慎ましく行動するため、現状、この組織の活動にまつわる情報を収集するのは困難です。「貴族たち」は財団に敵意を示してはおらず、財団の快挙に対する敬意を、幾度となく表明していますが、それでも彼らは財団について、"思想上和解しえない"ものと考えています。さらにこの団体は、決まって既に財団職員である個人を懐柔するという手口で、フランス支部への潜入を何度も成功させています。

Nemo and the Nautilus

Némo et le Nautilus

概要: ネモ・アンド・ノーチラスは財団およびその目的に敵対を公言する団体ですが、保有するリソースと人員は限られています。このハンディキャップはその攻撃能力を制限しがちな一方で、その攻撃は非常に計算されたものであることが多く、財団の収容手法に関する幅広い知識に基づくとともに、通常は書籍「海底2万マイル」を元にした言及を大なり小なり伴います。

Overview: Nemo and the Nautilus is a group claiming to be openly hostile to the Foundation and its interests, but possess limited resources and staff. This handicap tends to limit its offensive capabilities, but its attacks are often very calculated, based on a broad knowledge of the Foundation's containment methods, and generally making more or less supported references to the book Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.

Vue d'Ensemble : Némo et le Nautilus est un groupe se présentant comme ouvertement hostile à la Fondation et à ses intérêts, mais ne disposant que de moyens et d'effectifs très réduits. Ce handicap a tendance à limiter ses capacités offensives, mais ses attaques sont souvent très calculées, reposant sur une connaissance étendue des méthodes de confinement de la Fondation, et faisant généralement des références plus ou moins appuyées au livre 20000 Lieues Sous Les Mers.

これらの攻撃はほとんどの場合で情報災害やミーム系オブジェクトの形式を取り、明白に財団に損害を与えるよう設計されています。また、その首謀者により、従来の手法では収容/無力化ができないように、あるいはSCP財団のためだとわかって働いている人員からは操作できない/すべきでないように思案を巡らされています。

These attacks most often take the form of infohazards or memetic objects specifically and explicitly designed to damage the Foundation, and conceived by their perpetrators in such a way that they cannot be contained or neutralized by conventional methods, or cannot or should not be manipulated by individuals working knowingly for the SCP Foundation.

Ces attaques se présentent la plupart du temps sous la forme de dangers-info ou d'objets porteurs d'effets mémétiques visant spécifiquement et explicitement à nuire à la Fondation, et conçus par leurs auteurs de manière à ne pas pouvoir être confinés ou neutralisés via des méthodes conventionnelles, ou ne pouvant ou ne devant pas être manipulés par des individus travaillant en connaissance de cause pour la Fondation SCP.

「ネモ」を名乗る本団体の創設者は元々財団の職員であったものの、彼/彼女についての詳細は1980年~2011年にかけて起こった一連のインシデントと密接に関係しており、氏の記録は財団を内部崩壊させかねないとして現時点では機密に指定されています。

The founder individual of the group, presenting him/herself as "Nemo", was originally an employee of the Foundation, but details about him/her are closely linked to a series of incidents that took place between 1980 and 2011 and whose records are currently classified as an attempt to dissolve the Foundation from within.

L'individu fondateur du groupe, se présentant comme "Némo", était à l'origine un employé de la Fondation, mais les détails le ou la concernant sont étroitement liés à une série d'incidents ayant eu lieu de 1980 à 2011 et dont les archives sont actuellement classifiées, car portant sur une tentative de dissolution de la Fondation de l'intérieur.

It is currently unknown who is at the head of Nemo and the Nautilus, or even if it is one or more people. One thing is certain; the group's attacks on the Foundation are more brazen but of more limited ambition and are generally aimed at revealing the Foundation's existence to the general public rather than simply destroying it.

Une chose est certaine : les attaques du groupe envers la Fondation sont désormais frontales mais d'ambition plus limitée, et visent généralement à révéler l'existence de la Fondation au grand public plutôt que la détruire purement et simplement.

Any trace of activity by Nemo and the Nautilus must be immediately reported to a Level 4 staff member with "Octopus" accreditation, so that he or she can take appropriate measures, involve the Mobile Task Force "MTF" and initiate the application of the Octopus Protocol.

概要:

"The Order of Light seems to be an Angel of Death which tempts humanity by presenting it with the apple of immortality. Its appearance worries us, its intentions are obscure, and its promises seduce us. So, we resolutely plunge our gaze into it, trying in vain to understand its schemes. And we succumb to it. Because of all the abysses we know, none seemed brighter to us than the one we saw there."

プリモルディアル

概要: 当初は他の多くの傭兵団と同じように単純な傭兵集団だったプリモルディアルは、SCP-194-FR-F(アンタイン・タイムレスとしても知られる)がトップに立ったことに伴い、その分野における有力組織へと発展しました。これは、競合相手の問題に干渉するというプリモルディアルの方針の始まりを示していました。プリモルディアルは主要な傭兵組織間の紛争を何度か調停し、それまでの他組織よりはるかに大きな影響力を持つようになりました。

この新たに獲得された権威の全盛期は疑いもなく1950年のカサブランカ協定の調印でした。この協定によって、プリモルディアルは超常傭兵制度に対し、今日まで適用・実施され続けている厳しい倫理、すなわち、超常存在をめぐる秘密を維持し、基本的な道徳的・倫理的原則を確立し、環境を内外の脅威から保護することを目的とする超常共通方針を受け入れること等を課しました。

1960年にSCP-194-FR-Fが消失して以来、プリモルディアルは首座主教プライメイトによって率いられてきました。プライメイトの正確な数は不明であり、傭兵運動におけるSCP財団との主要な接点でもあります。また、両団体は、プリモルディアルから財団への異常物品・人物の引き渡しを通じた協力体制も確立しています。

概要: ユニヴェルジル王国宙島の王国は、完全な虚空のように見える異次元現実に浮かぶ島に築かれた異常な文明です。その住人はイスルアン島人 / Isleansと呼ばれ、国王であるマリエン2世によって統治されています。王はまた、首都であるゼニテルZéniterreから、王国の領土を構成する7つの公爵領を治めています。

Overview: The Univers'Island Kingdom is an anomalous civilization established on a floating island in an extradimensional reality that appears to be a completely empty sky. Its inhabitants, the isleans, are ruled by King Marien II, who reigns over the 7 dukedoms constituting the territory of the kingdom from its chief town: Zéniterre.

Vue d'Ensemble : Le Royaume d'Univers'Île est une civilisation anormale établie sur une île flottant dans une réalité extra-dimensionnelle à l'apparence d'un ciel entièrement vide. Ses habitants, les isléens, sont gouvernés par un roi appelé Marien II, qui règne sur les 7 duchés constituant le territoire du royaume depuis son chef-lieu : Zéniterre.

20世紀初頭、王国の探索者たちが大勢地球に現れたことによってSCP財団はその存在を捕捉し、王国が18世紀初頭から実在していたことを発見しました。本要注意団体の起源は1720年代に住人がユニヴェルジル宙島 / Univers'Îleに繋がる空の割れ目を発見した、サヴォワ地方のサンテゲランSaint-Guérinの町にあります。彼らは島に溢れる豊富な資源を求め、島に乗り込んで開拓し、新たな町を築こうとして塔を建て始めました。

Noticed by the SCP Foundation at the beginning of the XX^th century following the numerous appearances of its explorers on Earth, the Kingdom was discovered to have existed in fact since the beginning of the XVIII^th century. The Group of Interest has its origins in the town of Saint-Guérin, in Savoy, where in the 1720s its inhabitants discovered cracks in the sky leading to Univers'Island. They then started to build towers to join them and colonize the island in order to found a new city due to the numerous resources that abounded there.

Remarqué par la Fondation SCP au début du XX^e siècle suite aux nombreuses apparitions de ses éclaireurs sur Terre, il a été découvert que le Royaume existe en réalité depuis le début du XVIII^e siècle. Le Groupe d'Intérêt trouve ses origines dans la ville de Saint-Guérin, en Savoie, où dans les années 1720 ses habitants ont découvert des failles dans le ciel menant vers Univers'Île. Ils ont alors entrepris de construire des tours pour les rejoindre et coloniser l'île afin d'y fonder une nouvelle ville au vu des nombreuses ressources qui y abondaient.

島の異常性にいち早く気がついた現地のカトリック教会員たちは建設計画に反発しました。教会の対異常部署はセントゲランに独自の軍隊を差し向けると塔を破壊し、住人たちはそのままユニヴェルジルに閉じ込められてしまいました。これらの出来事から間もなくして、カトリック教会は町の存在に関わるすべての証拠を消し去りました。

Realizing quickly that the place was anomalous, the members of the Catholic Church on site were hostile to the construction project. Esoteric factions of the Church sent their troops to Saint-Guérin in order to destroy the towers and thus confine the inhabitants within Univers'Island. All traces of the city's existence were removed by the Catholic Church shortly after these events.

Constatant rapidement le caractère anormal des lieux, les membres de l'Église catholique sur place étaient hostiles à ce projet de construction. Des branches ésotériques de l'Église dépêchèrent leurs régiments à Saint-Guérin pour détruire les tours et ainsi enfermer les habitants à l'intérieur d'Univers'Île. Toutes les traces de l'existence de la ville ont été supprimées par l'Église catholique peu après ces événements.

ユニヴェルジルで生き抜くために、かつてのサンテゲランの住人たちは周囲にある異常な資源を利用し、使いこなす術を身に着けなくてはなりませんでした。以前の世界の束縛から解放された彼らは、王を擁立して王国を築きました。この異次元の孤立性から、イスルアンは全面的に異常に基づく社会で生きていくことを余儀なくされました──新しい発明や思想の潮流、宗教(天国の門教会など)がそこに現れました。

To survive in Univers'Island, the former inhabitants of Saint-Guérin had to learn how to use and control the anomalous resources that surrounded them. Freed from the constraints of their old world, they named a king and built a kingdom. This extradimensional isolation forced the Isleans to live in an entirely anomalous-based society — new inventions, currents of thought, and religions (such as the Church of the Heavenly Vault) emerged there.

Pour survivre à Univers'Île, les ex-habitants de Saint-Guérin ont dû apprendre à utiliser et maîtriser les ressources anormales qui les entouraient. Affranchis des contraintes de leur ancien monde, ils nommèrent un roi et bâtirent un royaume. Cet isolement extra-dimensionnel a contraint les isléens à vivre dans une société entièrement basée sur l'anormal — de nouvelles inventions, courants de pensée et religions (comme l'Église de la Voûte Céleste) ont pu y faire leur apparition.

20世紀の初頭、あるイスルアンの集団がユニヴェルジルと地球の間を行き来できるポータル技術を開発しました。その結果としてマリエン2世とその相談役たちはモンディアン世界人 / Mondéens(地球人)に対する優越感をイスルアンに植え付けるため、また将来的な地球の征服を計画するために、さまざまな手法を講じました。この王の決定に反発する形で、地球との融和を唱える運動であるデシリスムDésilismeが生まれました。

At the beginning of the XX^th century, a group of Isleans developed a portal technology allowing travel between Univers'Island and the Earth. As a result, Marien II and his advisers set up many means to inculcate to the Isleans a feeling of superiority with regard to the Worldians (earthlings) and to foresee future conquests of the Earth. In reaction to the king's decisions, a movement advocating peace with the Earth was created: The Unislism.

Au début du XX^e siècle, des isléens ont développé une technologie de portails permettant de voyager entre Univers'Île et la Terre. Suite à cela, Marien II et ses conseillers ont mis en place nombre de moyens pour inculquer aux isléens un sentiment de supériorité vis-à-vis des mondéens (terriens) et prévoir de futures conquêtes de la Terre. En réaction aux décisions du roi, un mouvement prônant la paix avec la Terre a été créé : le Désilisme.

今日では、財団は地球とユニヴェルジルの間の次元交流を抑制することに成功しています。デシリストのイスルアンたちとの協力体制も築かれました。デシリストでないイスルアンが地球で発見された場合、誰であれ捕縛、尋問、排除せねばなりません。

Nowadays, the Foundation manages to limit the dimensional exchanges between the Earth and Univers'Island. A collaboration has been established with unislist Isleans. Any non-unislist Isleans found on Earth must be captured, interrogated, and eliminated.

Aujourd'hui, la Fondation parvient à limiter les échanges dimensionnels entre la Terre et Univers'Île. Une collaboration a été établie avec des isléens désilistes. Tout isléen non désiliste trouvé sur Terre doit être capturé, interrogé et éliminé.

神秘主義終焉のための無神論者協会(SAPHIR)

概要: SAPHIRとしてよく知られている神秘主義終焉のための無神論者協会は、ヨーロッパに広く分布している過激な無神論者のグループです。そのメンバーの大半が識別の困難な国際的ネットワークに属している科学界のメンバーです。彼らはSCPオブジェクト(彼らは"シンギュラリティ"と呼称します)を、迷信と宗教的不信感を煽るために使用し、また科学的思考と合理主義への脅威として扱います。彼らの方針は、SCPの系統的破壊とその使用を交互に行い、宗教を標的にして世界的に攻撃を仕掛けます。
